VTG US Army Hydrometer Anti-Freeze Solutions tester model 173, extra floats, rare!!!. Condition is "Used". Don’t see these very often, US Army property Ordnance Department, comes with the pump tester original box and extra floats that are still unused. Rubber is still flexible and not dry rotted, box has right tab off but that is in the box, tester seems to be in good condition. Untested.
